This policy explains how Full Sphere Studios LLC ("we," "us") handles information when you visit orbitarc.co, subscribe to the Flight Rules newsletter, contact us, or purchase Orbit Arc. Full Sphere Studios LLC is a Texas limited liability company. If you have any questions about this policy, email uplink@orbitarc.co.
We collect only what you give us and the basic technical data any website receives.
Email address. When you subscribe to the newsletter or send us a message, we collect your email address and anything you choose to put in that message.
Purchase information. When you buy Orbit Arc, our payment processor collects your name, email, and payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, and a record of the purchase.
Automatic technical data. Like every website, our host records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you open. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
We use your information to send the newsletter you signed up for, answer your messages, deliver and support the product you bought, and keep the site working. That's the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We run a small operation on a few trusted providers. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms:
beehiiv powers the newsletter and stores subscriber emails. Gumroad processes purchases and payment. GitHub Pages hosts this website. Microsoft 365 handles our email. We share information with these providers only as needed to run the service you asked for.
This site is a plain static site and sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The embedded newsletter signup and the checkout page are run by beehiiv and Gumroad, which may set their own cookies when you use them. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. One click, no questions.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email uplink@orbitarc.co and we will respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We keep subscriber emails until you unsubscribe, and purchase records as long as needed for support, taxes, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we remove it.
Orbit Arc is a business tool for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Our content and product may link to outside sites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and move the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
