The Fine Print, In Plain Words

Terms of Service

Effective July 11, 2026

Who this covers

These terms govern your purchase and use of Orbit Arc from Full Sphere Studios LLC ("we," "us"), a Texas limited liability company. By buying or using Orbit Arc, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy or use the product. Questions: email uplink@orbitarc.co.

What you're buying

Orbit Arc is a digital product: a documented operating system and skill suite for running a business on Claude, delivered as a downloadable file through our payment processor, Gumroad. It requires your own Claude Pro subscription or higher, which we don't provide and aren't responsible for. Orbit Arc is a documented method and set of working files, not managed software, not a hosted service, and not ongoing support unless separately agreed.

Price and payment

Current price is $197, one time, not a subscription. Payment is processed by Gumroad under Gumroad's own terms. We don't see or store your full card number. Prices and the offer terms below can change for future buyers at any time; what you were charged at purchase is what you owe.

Founding Member offer

The first 20 paid buyers receive a private 30-minute working session with the founder, scheduled by direct contact from us, no booking link. This offer is limited to the first 20 paid purchases as tracked on our side and ends once those spots are filled, regardless of when you're reading this. A $0 test purchase used to verify the purchase flow doesn't count toward or against this count.

Refunds

All sales are final. Orbit Arc is a digital product delivered in full at purchase, the documentation, skill files, and everything included are yours to keep the moment you buy, so there's nothing left to return. If you're part of the Founding Member offer, this applies once your working session has been delivered or scheduled as well. If something about your purchase or download is genuinely broken on our end, email uplink@orbitarc.co and we'll make it right.

License: what you can and can't do with it

When you buy Orbit Arc, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documentation and skill files for your own business or personal operation. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, as your own product or someone else's. You may adapt the skills and structure for your own use. If you want to teach, resell, or build on top of Orbit Arc commercially, contact us first.

No professional advice, no guarantee of outcome

Orbit Arc documents one operator's real, working setup. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and following it does not guarantee any particular result for your business. You're responsible for how you configure and use it, and for complying with any law that applies to your own use of Claude or any other tool.

No warranty

Orbit Arc is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the documentation accurate but don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every setup.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Full Sphere Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orbit Arc. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Texas.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Continued use of a purchased copy of Orbit Arc after a change doesn't retroactively bind you to new terms for that purchase.
